License & Permitted Use

Each purchase grants a single-seat, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for one personal or commercial project (one license per store/domain). You may not resell, redistribute, or share files with third parties.

Intellectual Property

All templates, kits, and designs remain the intellectual property of Frames & Flow. Purchasing does not transfer copyright. You may not claim our designs as your own original work.

Customization Rights

You are free to modify and customize products for your own use or client projects. The underlying template files may not be handed over or resold to clients as-is.

Refund Policy

Digital products are non-refundable due to instant delivery. If you experience a technical issue or the product doesn't match its description, contact [email protected] within 7 days for resolution or store credit.

No Warranties

Products are provided 'as is'. Frames & Flow does not guarantee compatibility with future platform versions (Framer, Canva, etc.) or any specific business outcome.

Updates & Support

Lifetime free updates for platform changes and bug fixes. Priority support for the first 3 months. Custom design work is available as a separate paid service.

Limitation of Liability

Frames & Flow shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product in question.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith communication, and if unresolved, submitted to binding arbitration.
